EQcall app is easy to use and can be used by anyone with no application required, and can save you approximately 40% of normal call charges (equivalent to 1 minute: standard 40 yen, EQcall approximately 23 yen).
``Call charges are cheaper just by using the same number, no application required, ready to use, payment method is carrier payment'' Just by downloading and using the EQcall app from the app store, you can save about 40% on regular call charges (1 minute equivalent: standard 40 yen, EQcall approximately 23 yen).
EQcall app automatically prefixes the dedicated number "0570-300-064" to the other party's number when making a call, making it easy for anyone to use without requiring an application and reducing call charges. A dedicated number is assigned when making a call, but the user's number is displayed as is to the other party.
Calls can be made anywhere in Japan (*1) or overseas (*2) for just 10 yen (excluding tax) for 26 seconds, and are approximately 40% cheaper (1 minute equivalent: standard 40 yen, EQcall approximately 23 yen) compared to 20 yen (excluding tax) for 30 seconds based on standard voice call plans provided by the three major mobile phone carriers.
Call charges are paid together with the mobile phone charges of each carrier such as SoftBank/NTT docomo/au with which the user has a contract (carrier billing), allowing smart payment, so you can use the service immediately by downloading the app (no pre-application or credit card registration required).
Also, unlike calls using packet communication (so-called IP phones), the connection is made via a telephone line, so you can have clear calls without interruptions or difficulty in hearing.
(*1) Three-digit numbers such as 050 numbers, toll-free numbers, navigation dials, and 110 numbers are not eligible.
(*2) Countries and regions where calls can be made (all when calling from Japan. Calls from outside Japan are not possible.)
・Countries and regions where you can receive calls from both landline and mobile phones
America (excluding Hawaii, Guam, Saipan), Canada, China, Hong Kong (excluding Macau), South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore
・Countries and regions where only landline calls can be received
Germany, Russia, Sweden, UK, Indonesia, Taiwan
